You can put these things anywhere, not just on Arbor gear. They’re kinda tight when used with a CAT tourniquet, but they can be ripped out one-handed, which is the point. Good piece of kit. Use those drain holes for something.

I’ve tried this on the side of a combat wombat placard and the bottom of a medical nut ruck. They both work fantastically well, and if I wanted to use anything besides the combat wombat they could be used in any drainholes spaced ~3″ apart, and behind molle/PALS
