The flat pockets on the inside of the front and back of the Medical Nut Rucks are oriented upright when in the ‘open position,’ creating storage for thin items such as chest seals, occlusive dressings, burn-gel, triage cards, etc.

Exactly the size I wanted for a hanger (will fit a small/medium IFAK). Excellent size for a fanny pack ( great for your wallet, phone, keys).
