The interior features our Check-Mate™ attachment system, the Check-Mate™ panel allows elastic loops to be attached at any location in either a vertical or horizontal orientation.  The flat pockets on the inside of the front and back of the Medical Nut Rucks are oriented upright when in the ‘open position,’ creating storage for thin items such as chest seals, occlusive dressings, burn-gel, triage cards, etc.

The sides of all variants have anchor points that allow the user to attach S-Biners to the sides and hang external items like Chem-light markers, tactical gloves or other similar items. The Small variant also has a second anchor point on the side that doubles as an attachment point for a side pull handle that allows it to be worn at the back of the Users belt kit in the Stretch Belt Sleeve allowing Bi-directional access.  Another attachment option is at the top rear of each medical nut ruck is the Tube attachment point which allows the integration of our First Spear Tubes™ Hanger . The Tubes™ Hanger allows the Nut Ruck to be used a dangler pouch below the  plate bags of your body armor and have rapid one handed access. Exactly the size I wanted for a hanger (will fit a small/medium IFAK). Excellent size for a fanny pack ( great for your wallet, phone, keys).
There wasn’t photos of the inside; so for anyone wondering there is a divider with a velcro closure, a retaining clip, and two elastic loops.
