Came quick, holds a set of hinged cuffs and chain cuffs solidly. Adjustable and also holds one pair of medical gloves. Fits on the belt either with MOLLE or a regular belt. Leas bulky than the one issued by my department. Very good product.

Made great spoke with someone who was building them only 4 star is I thought there was a divider to separate cuffs item listed 1-2 sets definitely a well built item I will be ordering more soon and hopefully for my dept!.
