SMS Marketing Program

By subscribing to the SMS marketing program of Arbor Manufacturing, d/b/a Arbor Arms USA (“Arbor,” “we,” “us”), you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders, product updates, special offers) from Arbor at the mobile number used at opt-in.

Consent and Opt-In

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You may opt-in by:

• → Texting a keyword to our designated short code
• → Completing an opt-in form on our website

Our SMS program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
