The PlusUp® Outer Tactical Carrier was designed with LE Patrol officers in mind. It is NIJ 0101.06 IIIA compliant, soft armor package for day to day LE protection from hangun threats, but also allows the wearer to rapidly insert (under 10 sec) a front hard rifle plate for response to known rifle threats such as active shooters.
