The Multi-Function Pouch – Large (MFP-L) allows the user to carry many different loads including:
– 5 x 30rnd PMAGs
– 6 x 30rnd USGI magazines
– 5 x 20rnd SR25/M110/SCAR-H/7.62PMAGs or other AR10 type magazines
– 4 x M110A1 (HK-417)
– 1 x 200rnd SAW Drum
– 1 x Nalgene 1qt canteen/USGI 1qt canteen with canteen cup
– NVGs PSQ-42/ENVG-B ( With Modular Padded Insert)
– 30-40 rds loose 12ga shot shells
– Electronic hearing protection, Peltor, Sordin or similar
– Laser Range finders and Thermals
The MFP Family of Pouches are designed to be versatile modular pouches that allows for a multiplicity of uses as listed above allowing the user to tailor its use to a specific setup or adjust on the fly to mission requirements.
The Multi-Function Pouch – Large can act as a small dump pouch as well as a stirrup for the end cup of an M72 LAW when attached to an assault pack. The MFP uses our laser cut 1/2 MOLLE attachment system that also allows for use on any MOLLE/PALS surface or in the belt loop configuration directly on a belt. The removable and height adjustable side release buckle allows for secure closure as well as the additional hook and loop closure for fast access. Another feature of the MFP Large is that the drain grommets on the bottom are spaced to allow you to use one of our Multi-Mode Tourniquet Attachments to add a tourniquet to the bottom of the pouch. The variety of possible applications gives the MFP L a versatility that makes it a valuable addition to your kit. The MFP Medium can be used in conduction with our Modular Padded Insert to more safely store/carry NVGs or other sensitive pieces of kit like Laser Range Finders and Thermal Devices
