The LMG Pouch is designed carry a 200 round SAW drum for use by Light Machine Gunners using the M249 SAW, KAC LAMG or other platforms that feed from standard plastic SAW drums
 The LMG Pouch is sized and re-enforced to fit and support the 200rd plastic SAW drum and facilitate fast reloads while maintaining positive retention. The Pouch is 4 columns of MOLLE wide
MOLLE slots on the bottom allow the attachment of items such a tourniquets, multitool or pistol mag pouches.  The LMG Pouch is ideal for setups where you have 4 columns of MOLLE available on a cummerbund, chest rig or side of a Ruck or Assault Pack. It is designed to pair with our 4 MOLLE Tubes Wing with 2 Mag Back for the Link Chest Rig System or Link X-Lite Chest Rig System and other similar setups. The channel between the MOLLE weavers on the back of the pouch is approximately 2″ wide and has 1″ Velcro (loop out/hook in) in the center to secure some of the insert options, for instance you can add a Shear Pocket that allows the secure carry of Trauma Shears, the bottom of the channel is closed of with a strip of hook Velcro that can be opened to allow a fixed blade knife or other items to pass through, the sheath can be retained with hook/loop Velcro (available as an add on “Velcro Knife Kit” Below. Another option is the “Tourniquet Lifter Insert” also listed below which allows one handed deployment of the tourniquet similarly to our RDTQ and RDTQ MOLLE
